$11.00-$17.00 per serving for Traditional Buttercream Icing

• Each tier measures apx. 4.5 inches in height and is composed of three layers of cake and two-layers of filling.

• Additional charges will apply for more complicated designs and premium flavors. These will be discussed within the consultation. (see our "flavors" for description of premium flavors)

• Cake Tastings - We love to share our cake flavors! We have three options for tasting our cakes. Check out our list of flavors & fillings

  • 2 cake flavors & 2 buttercreams for free.

  • 5 flavors & 2 buttercreams for $13.

  • 10 flavors & 2 buttercreams for $25

• Design Consultations in person or video are available for weddings that plan to serve over 50 guests. This is a private meeting with you and your fiancé with the cake artist and owner, Anita Algiene. Because of the pandemic, we hold our design consultations virtually. Just come with your ideas and approximate number of servings we can design a cake that is just right for you. You will enjoy sampling 10 different flavors and fillings. At the end of the appointment you will walk away a a quote, a detailed order with all the specifics, and a color rendering of the cake design.

  • After the initial consultation any additional meetings will result in an hourly designer's fee.

  • For an extra charge you are welcome to bring up to extra guests to your tasting.

  • There are options for those who would rather not have a full tasting appointment or are serving less than 50 people. You may order a pack of our flavors and chat with the cake artist over the phone or for a quick 15-20 consultation appointment. Give us a call to hear more about this option.

• A 50% down payment and a signed contract is required in order to reserve your date

• The Balance is due one month before the event. You may change or add to your order anytime until this date. Changes after this date will result in a fee.

• Iced Sheet Cakes for $4.25 a serving. These are buttercream iced, undecorated sheet cakes. Filling is included.

• Cake Stands

  • You are welcome to rent a cake stand from us. Event rental fee for a cake stand is from $15-$30 depending on which cake stand you prefer. Cake stands are due back within on the Wednesday after the event.

• Getting your cake to the venue

  • Pick up your cake! - No matter the size of your cake, you are welcome to pick up your cake at your convenience. We will work around your schedule, help you pack it in your car and give you some advice for the road. If you choose pick up, the MNSC is not responsible for any damage that happens to the cake once it is past our doors.

    • If you are traveling outside of Anchorage $30 packing fee for cake you plan to pick up. We will provide a sturdy cardboard box and pack your cake on ice.

    • Cakes need to travel on a level surface in the vehicle. Preferably where it is braced on all sides to avoid it “sliding” around.

  • Recommended! Professional Delivery & Set up: - Anita will hand deliver your cake and work around your plans for the day!

    • $60 inside the Anchorage area

    • Outside of the city of Anchorage; delivery is $1.50 a mile each way.
