Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event! Here at the award winning* Midnight Sun Cakery we love to meet the challenge of making your special day unforgettable with the perfect center piece of your reception, the cake! "Wow" your guests with one of The Midnight Sun Cakery's beautiful and delicious creations.
I personally decorate every cake on order. I've been professionally baking and decorating wedding cakes since 1994. I specialize in buttercream techniques. With buttercream we can do either textured or smooth, whatever you desire!
I love meeting and working with engaged couples to create a truly unique and great tasting design. We have built a business around giving our clients the personal attention a wedding deserves. WE LOVE MAKING WEDDING CAKES!!
I would recommend you schedule a cake tasting appointment, to see if we are the right fit for your wedding. During this consultation, your thoughts and ideas will be sketched to accurately represent the finished product. You are welcome to bring photos for inspiration but as a true artists I do not copy another artist's work, however I would love to re-interpret designs. I am confident that together we can come up with a design that inspires you.
A bit about our CAKE FLAVORS & Tastings!
You may choose as many flavors as you have layers of cake! All of our cakes have been complimented for being wonderfully moist and delicious, so there won't be much left over after the event, just ask some of our past customers!
We prefer to meet and talk face to face about your wedding. The process begins when you order a sample pack. Our sample packs are 10 different cake flavors and fillings and 2 different buttercreams. When you pick up your samples you can chat with me for about 15 minutes so that I can answer any questions that you have. Or we can make an appointment and meet via zoom at your convenience. Our sample packs are $35

Book your event early!
We book up many popular summer dates as early as November and are usually fully booked for the entire summer by April.
We have a $1500 minimum order for events between Memorial Day - Labor Day
We will only take one wedding cake order a weekend and summer dates go quickly!
We recommend if you plan to be married in the summer months, we encourage you to get your order in as soon as possible. In order to reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The balance on the cake is due one month before the event. (see "pricing" page for details)
