How to place a request

Every cake we make has a unique design and takes a different artistic approach to complete. Some designs will cost more than others. The quoting process takes time, but we want to get it right! We are committed to working with you to create a cake you will be proud of and one that fits your budget.
If you submit a form or leave a voice mail over the weekend, it will be 48 hours before we can provide you an estimate.
We cannot make any last minute changes to your confirmed order. Any request for changes needs to be received and confirmed by one our staff members at least 48 hours in advance.
All requests for CUSTOM, MNSC SIGNATURE & WEDDING CAKES must be placed AT LEAST two weeks in advance!
For custom cakes a 50% down payment is due when the order is placed in order to reserve your date.
Please read our MNSC policies before making your down payment.
We offer a remote pay and a curbside pick up option for minimal contact. Just let us know and we will accommodate you!
If you would like to sample some of our flavors before placing your order, just mention this in the "Comment" section on our Order Form. We can give you two of our samples for free :D
